At ETO UFORO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, we believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. That’s why our vocational training programs are designed to equip youths and disadvantaged individuals with practical skills that lead to sustainable livelihoods.
In the past year alone, we’ve trained over 500 youths in fields such as tailoring, carpentry, computer skills, and agriculture. These programs not only provide technical knowledge but also instill confidence and a sense of purpose in our beneficiaries.
Take the story of Ada, a 22-year-old from a rural community. After losing her parents at a young age, Ada struggled to make ends meet. Through our vocational training program, she learned tailoring and now runs her own small business, supporting herself and her younger siblings.
“The training changed my life,” Ada says. “I now have hope for the future, and I’m proud to be able to take care of my family.”
Our vocational training initiatives are just one of the ways we’re empowering individuals to build better lives. With your support, we can reach even more people and create lasting change in our communities.
